Physical Examinations
Students registering for any sport must have a physical examination on file in the health office before being authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed before the first day of practice/tryouts.
Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the exam. If you have questions about your child's medical eligibility status, don't hesitate to get in touch with Mrs. Holla (7&8) 596-2147 kholla@wlsv.org or Mrs. Gilfert (9-12) 596-2167 hgilfert@wlsv.org.
